#1 Rule for Flat stomach

1. Drink lot of water daily.
2. Dont Eat and sleep or lie down
3. Have dinner atleast 2 hours before sleep.
4. Dont skip breakfast. lunch or dinner.

Follow these and enjoy a slim body
